At Edunutshell, we value your trust in our online educational programs, categorised as Self-paced and Mentor Led Programs. We understand that there may be circumstances under which you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms, process, and method for requesting and receiving a refund.
- For programs paid in a single step (full payment), the following refund terms apply:
- A full refund can be requested within 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has elapsed.
- No refund will be issued if access for LMS is given for the courses the infrastructure cost is deducted from the registration fee
2. Two-Step Payment Programs:- For programs with two-step payments (partial registration amount and remaining amount), the following refund terms apply:
- The partial registration amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining amount can be refunded within 7 days from the date of enrollment.
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining amount after the 7-day period has elapsed.
- No refund will be issued if access for LMS is given for the self paced Programs, for the mentor led course the infrastructure cost is deducted from the registration fee

- Your full name
- Program name
- Date of enrollment
- Reason for the refund request
3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
How Your Refund is Returned:If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For payments made by credit card or online payment methods, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used.
- For payments made through other means, our support team will assist you in determining the best way to process the refund.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider"s policies.
